Description: I have been working in the care sector since leaving college.
I started my career with the NHS, then went on to work for a large housing organisation and for the past 6 years private healthcare. I have been a Manager for the past 13 years.
I enjoy working with people, being able to make a difference, and ensuring each of our residents is treated as an individual with respect and dignity, and watching our residents grow enjoying their previous hobbies and lifestyle and gaining new experiences and activities . I believe in a hands on approach working with the team and residents delivering quality care with compassion.

Description: Devina has a NVQ level 2 and 3. She has a Diploma in Team Leading and a Diploma in Team Leading Management. She has many years experience in care and is in charge of Kings unit.

Description: Richard has worked at the home since November 2016. He is responsible for overseeing all maintenance.
Job Title: Administrator
Description: I have worked in admin in various office environments during my career and have worked in the care industry for over 2 years. I joined the home in November 2016 and enjoy working with the team, residents and their families. I have three grown up children and three grandchildren whom I adore. My hobbies include reading, walking, travelling and exploring other cultures and renovating my home which is an ongoing project.

Description: My name is Valda Rayner and I am the Activities Co-ordinator here at The Cambridgeshire Care Home. I have worked in the care industry for the last 15 years and for the last 4 years have been working in activities. I thoroughly enjoy my position in being able to keep residents active.

Description: I have always worked in hospitality from working as Functions Supervisor at a Cambridge College to running my own pub/restaurant. I have never worked in a care environment but thoroughly enjoy my work here and getting to know the residents.
