Head of Training and Development

At The Cambridgeshire Care Home we are enhancing the training of our teams and consistently raising our standards to meet the needs of our residents.

In these ever-changing times we are embracing our new challenges and giving our teams a safe learning environment. First Care Homes have brought their training and development department in house with the appointment of Sarah-Louise Manton as our Head of Training and Development. As a qualified nurse and training experience over her 33 year career she has previously worked for a major airline, the emergency services and cancer charity as their educator.  

Sarah has now been with us for a short while, her ethos of building relationships and engaging with the residents and teams has already lead to positive feedback from her training sessions.
