Customer Relations Manager

A position has arisen for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves following up on all enquiries, recording updates on our systems to achieve maximum occupancy, marketing the home by strengthening links with the local community, promoting special events, keeping websites up to date, and maintaining the marketing team within the home.

The hours are 40 per week (some weekend work is required). The salary is £32,000 plus commission.
